As a sales employee in the export department, I don't just handle sales orders; I also organise regular cooking events with my department for the entire GIZEH team. Why do we do this? Because cooking nourishes not only our stomachs but also our team spirit.
Here are a few reasons why we, as employees, consider it important:
Strengthening the sense of community: When we cook together, we all work as a team. It brings us closer, fostering a sense of unity. We share tasks, support each other, and have a great time doing it.
Promoting communication: There's always something to chat about while chopping and frying. The relaxed atmosphere of cooking allows us to discuss various topics and get to know each other better.
A break from the office: A break from the desk is always beneficial. Cooking together lets us unwind, relax, and recharge. And the meal tastes even better afterward!

Our cooking events are for everyone, whether someone has been with us for 20 years or 2 weeks. We appreciate every face we see.
